Crafting a Collections Management Policy can be challenging, and while our tool is designed to take you through the process as painlessly as possible, CCAHA staff is also available to provide additional support and expertise that can be personalized to your needs. With decades of experience supporting collection care initiatives across a variety of institutions, CCAHA staff is here as needed to help you review, clarify, or craft tricky policy content.
Additional support is available at the following tiers. Both options also include a one-year subscription to the toolkit storage (to begin after the first free year):
- For $150, institutions can schedule a consult with CCAHA staff to review a section of their Collections Management Policy, up to one hour.
- For $500, institutions can receive a full review of their Collections Management Policy, up to five hours of consulting time.
